June's Monthly Challenge

June is typically an extremely busy time of year at school. It is the time I am finishing up report cards, EQAO testing, all of the end of the year assemblies and tasks. It was busy in our household with extra-curricular activities too as the boys were on the go with soccer, hockey, and baseball at least 3 nights of the week.

I am sooo glad to be done school and get back to the hobby that I love so much. This month's challenge was "Shallow DOF". I love this one and love to take pics like this of my kids when I have one of them in my frame.

I was lucky enough to be asked by my dear friend to take pictures of her son for prom. His date had the most beautiful shoes. Here is what I did with the shoes.

Here is a snail I found while I was gardening.

I was asked to take pictures of our graduates for the actual graduation ceremony decorations.

Finally....this is one of my favourites of my baby girl that I took last fall. I know this isn't one from this month, but I had to include it. It is one of my favourites of her.

Please follow the link to all the other very talented ladies in my group starting with Mel http://lilmamaphotog.blogspot.ca/2013/07/shallow-depth-of-field-clickin-moms.html. They all do amazing work, so please let them know that too.
